| BUFFER Smooth and flat buffing is the important part of the successful procured retreading. Buffer which has a self air filling system offers facility to buffer the tyre under inflated condition without tube. Very less power to be applied. The entire system is attached to a control panel board provided with a D.C. Motor which maintain the slow and fast motions. The buffer is operated by a powerful motor. |

| TREAD BUILDER Sturdily built for the strong and evenly pressing of precured bonding gum with procured tread together on the surface of tyre, the buffed tyre is coated with a layer of adhesive cement and mounted on the tread builder where again the facility to inflate the tyre is available. A layer of bonding gum to stay constantly squeezing out of the trapped air. Then precured tread is applied on the bonding gum. |

(c) Heavy boilers : Non IBR heavy boilers having capability of generating steam to the specified requirements of tyre retreading plant can operate full machines (Two Bonder, Tractor, Truck, Jeep, Car, Auto Indications at a time.) Instead of fire bar, this boilers have heavy pipes, so it is generating heavy and quick steam for your requirements. |
