Pickup Wheat Model Thresher

In this machine crop cut from field is fed in to Auger. Which has spikes on it, which takes the crop into feeder chain and the feeder chain convey these crops to cutter drum or thresher drum. This mechanism of feeding crop is same as used in combine harvester.

    • In threshing drum V type blade are used which helps in separating grain from their crops and cut the crops in to small pieces. Which goes to the vibrating sieve.
  • Four blower drums are provided in the machine, which pickup the impurities or cut crops from the vibrating sieve and throws it from the top at some distance from the machine. And at the last stage of the blower all impurities will be removed and we will get the grains at bottom. To pick up the grains up to some height an elevator is provided which takes the grains from bottom to some height, which throws the grains in trolley.

General Description

Paddy Thresher are manufactured with advance and latest technology for reliable, economical and efficient threshing of paddy crop. In paddy thresher all the movements like sieve cleaning arrangement are controlled by the bearing to with stand wear and tear. Maize Sheller

It is tractor driven and can be operated with 25 to 35 HP tractor and above. After plucking the corn from the maize plant it is directly put into the self-feeding chute without removing the skin/cover, while another drum, which is fitted at the bottom is used from separating grains. After threshing of maize, the skin is thrown out by the thrower. The clear grains come out through sieves. The machine gives best results if the crop is dried properly before threshing.

Cultivator

Nine tyne cultivator is secondary tillage equipment most commonly used in India for field preparation. It essentially has tyne with reversible high carbon showily points at the end arranged in two rows on a sturdy steel frame. The front row has 5 tyne and the rear row has 4 tyne and it is ideally suited for 35 HP tractors of all makes and types with cat II linkage. Depth of operation is controlled by tractor hydraulic

1. Hitching the Cultivator to Tractor
i) Attach the Cultivator to the tractor by aligning the holes of the lower arm with the pins attached on either side of the cultivator and the pushing the holes of the lower arm of the tractor into the pins of the cultivator. Lock the free end of the pins with lynch pins.
ii)Align the adjustable screw top link the tractor with the holes on the upper edge of the three point linkage of the cultivator by placing the top link in between the two flats of the three point linkage of the cultivator and the lock the same by means of the pin provided with the top link and lock the free end of the pin with lynch pin

iii)i)Tighten the top link to the extent that the three point linkage of the cultivator is perpendicular to the ground for normal operation

Instruction Set for Operating

Fourteen disc mounted harrow is secondary tillage equipment very commonly used in India for field preparation and used prior to harrow especially in fields with big shrub and wild grass. It essentially has high carbon discs arranged in two rows on a sturdy channel frame. The front row has seven scalloped disc and the rear row has sever plain discs and it is ideally suited for 35 HP tractors of all makes and type with cat II linkage. Rotavator
